  WORST PLACE EVER!! I should have known right off when I had to call twice before anyone even answered the phone. The first property I looked at that they managed was disgusting! The carpets looked like they were ten years old and in one spot there was a hole the size of the top of a soda can. I was able to look at another place that seemed okay. There was someone living in the residence so I only got a look at the outside. They did show me pictures. I told Rene, their agent that I would take it. She charged me thirty-five dollars for the rental application fee and two-hundred dollars to save the place. I was told that the apartment would be available on November 1st but they would have to clean the carpets before I could move in. I called on the second of November to ask for an update of when my apartment would ready. I was told that Rene no longer worked for them and the place was not available until December. I was angry of course and said that I wanted my money back. I was told that I could get my two-hundred dollar deposit back but not the thirty-five dollars for the application fee. I explained that I would not have applied if I knew that the apartment I wanted was not available for another month. "I'm sorry, we ran your application so we cannot refund your fee". What an unprofessional company. I would stay as far away from these morons as possible

  Terrible customer service. It was very difficult to get them on the phone and when I did, they were less than helpful. I found the women in the office to be extremely short tempered and often unresponsive. It was hard to get a straight answer or an issue resolved. One woman (Booby Jo?) was extremely contradicting and didn't seem to know the correct processes. Highly unprofessional, she lost her temper quickly when I tried to ask questions or clarify the situation. I would not recommend.
