  DO NOT USE THIS AGENT!!! I was initially very impressed with Lori over the phone. She was VERY friendly, and seemed sincere about wanting to help, however I found out that that was as far as it went. I contacted Lori in regards to one of her listings and told her I was willing to drive up that day or the next (2/21/15 - 2/22/15) to look at the home if she had availability. She told me that she didn't personally have time to show my wife and I the home, and that this was because she had an open house both days AND company in from out of town, but that I could meet her at her office or the open house and she would bring the keys for the homes I was interested in and allow my wife and I to look at them ourselves and return the keys to her when we where done. THAT SOUNDED GREAT..... sounded being the key here..... I told her I lived in Mesa and that it was a 3.5hr drive one way for me, but that that sounded great. That conversation happened at 10am 2/21/15. I gave Lori a follow up call as I was on the freeway headed out of the Phoenix area letting her know that I left a little later than planned but was in the car headed up and would be there around 3pm. She told me she wasn't sure where she would be, but said I could call her when in town and we could meet up somewhere. 3 hrs later I called her when entering Kingman AZ. No answer. left message. 40min later I arrived at the house. Still no reply from my message. I called again, and then again an hr later at another one of her listings.. again.. there was no answer and no reply. I got home around 10pm that night never looking inside one home or even hearing back from her at all. NOT AT ALL!! Her lack of communication, and professionalism is HUGE, and respect for other human beings is LOST with this agent. SUB PAR WORK PERFORMANCE!! DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS AGENT!!!! I usually try to use the listing agent on a home priced below 100k as this one is. I do this because I understand Commission splits, and assume if i'm not using an agent that the listing agent may put forth more effort knowing they don't have to split commissions. That is NOT the case with Lori, nor are these types of basic, simple and thoughtful actions returned by Lori Chambers! Not even a courtesy phone call! Wish google allowed negative stars. Does yelp?.. lemme check.
